Born into a family of Italian shoemakers, Diego Della Valle launched the luxury footwear company Tod’s in 1978. Today, the label’s signature Gommino shoe is an understated symbol of status. Named after the 133 rubber pebbles - or “gommini” - embedded in the sole, this Italian-made pair is flawlessly crafted from supple navy blue suede in a sleek round-toe silhouette trimmed with braided laces, a delicate bow at the front and polished silver-tone accents. Detailed with hand-stitched seams over the toes as well as rubber pebble detailing on the heel, this versatile pair is finished with a leather lining, a brand embossed insole and a side embossed logo stamp - all hallmarks of Tod's heritage and uncompromising standards.
